I have usually had the G Sensor option turned off on my DOD LS300W but I'm wondering if someone hit my car hard enough to dent it either from a scrape/collision or a hard thump from their car door into mine, would that set the G sensor off? And if so what will it do and show on the screen? Will there be a notification advising that the G sensor has been activated or will there just be a locked record loop?
My car got a dent in the door from some idiot who opened their door into mine really hard, I've identified the car but without the G sensor switched on i have no proof that my car was hit by them.
So what will G sensor do and what notification will i get if my car has been hit while it's parked and I'm shopping?
