Windows 7 PC unable to run video or open photos, ok with a Mac

I am a newbie and have tried everything I know to open and run a video file created by my Mobius actioncam. I tried it on my wifes apple and can get it to work.
I have tried copying the video file but it will not even copy it. I have 2 PCs that have identical operating systems and the results are the same with each one.

Downloaded and tried, no response when I tried to open the file with it. thanks for suggestion.

Are you using a card reader or connecting the camera to your PC?

yes I can open the files but the video file will not run nor will the the photos open

i dont have a card reader for a micro chip

camera make poor card readers at the best of times, worth your while to get a card reader
