Hi,
I bought a pair of these via Ebay and started integration and test. Initial results were good but after a couple of days, the GPS function appears to be failing:
It formats the miniSD card leaving X2Player on the card. As for the video recording, it is fine. However, the GPS no longer appears to work. To try and resolve the problem:
There is a blue LED above the "mode" switch that flashes when initially turned on. The "REC" text starts flashing on power up but the "GPS" icon remains solid. Then after 10-15 seconds, the "GPS" icon flashes in sync with the "REC." I don't see any blue LED activity.
Thoughts?
I did find a web page that suggests this vendor who may have a support capability:
http://tsingtec.com/hd-dual-lens-car-da ... h-gps.html
Interesting, the price $65 is cheaper than the $99 I paid for mine.
Thanks,
Bob Wilson

- formatted the miniSD
- used 'Menu' to reset to defaults
- used 'Menu' to enable and disable and enable GPS
- used 'reset' button
- swapped GPS mouse
- swapped main unit (I bought two)
