1. SD Cards too long? 2. Why are they not being recognized? (1) SD Card will not insert enough to allow waterproof plug (cover) replacement. (2) Not recognizing SD Cards. Screen shows IN at Card Icon but The 32MB SD card that was included and a new 256GB are not being recognized. Reformatted both SDCARDFORMATTER per Blueskysea. No changes or resolution. Cards appear to be properly inserted receiving a spring loaded click into place. A gentle push again the spring clicks releasing the card like expected.D3B320FE-F65F-4D90-974A-37F2E1E90EC5.jpegFBE99494-A095-41FC-B9C9-55CA0EE69D09.jpeg4B5CC6E8-DADA-4381-BEA0-B01EA8A77996.jpeg45C9E281-63AA-49BD-BBAC-4020F478CE2C.jpegE9CE68F1-6200-46B9-8742-EC8B9771F375.jpeg3F5F12C4-B0A5-4563-A869-274F7DDD116B.jpeg

It should be a faulty SD card slot! Please ask the seller for the warranty!

SD Card needs to be backwards (contacts facing forward). Also, need small object to push into slot far enough to get card to lock into place. When it does lock in place the icon on the screen goes from IN to a white color showing SD inserted. Now works fine. Also, MFG suggested SanDisk Ultra A1Card, 128 GB. Said that it will have a clearer image than a larger card might offer.

I hope this is the right place. Question for the store: WHERE do I purchase the XB701 in Australia?

Thanks.
