Xiaomi Yi Live preview video recording is choppy/Laggy

Hi,
My xiaomi Yi 1080p 60fps, 720p 60fps live preview video recording is streaming Choppy/laggy in my Samsung S3 mobile and moreover higher fps recording are not showing preview at all, but the playback in my PC's Windows media player is fine.

Is this a common problem?

I realised this after opening my camera to fix focus problem and after updating the app and firmware to latest version..

I use Samsung Evo+ 32GB Class 10 micro SDHC

the playback on the phone is much lower res. take a look on the sd card and you will see a file that has thm in it. That is what is played back on phone not the full high res.
