Xiaomi Yi video white noise with lines and distortion

hi just got a new Yi and i feel like its defective. The video is just bunch of white noise with lines and distortion. I tried every setting possible, including pal ntsc.

It was Green version. I havent heard back from Gear Best yet.

You need to get info about cost to send it back from your country... cause you deserve a refund or change without charge...
