Yi Action Camera fails when recording

Does anybody have any idea, why my Yi Action Camera shuts down after approximately 15 seconds of video recording? I used it as a dashcam, but suddenly, when I turn it on and start recordinmg, the camera shuts itself down without any sound. It is always connected to power source, so it should not be the battery.
I tried to find any solutions online, but didnt find any.
