Yi Action camera, gallery view does'nt work

Hi all! I just bought myself a yi action camera. I downloaded their app for my LGV10. everything else on the app works perfectly but I can seem to go in to the gallery view. it keeps on loading and loading. any of you have this problem? Thanks!
