YI Car DVR LCD unable to see the preview screen

Hi Everyone,

Realised this morning that my YI Car DVR LCD Screen is not working (please see attached).

Anyone know the possible cause?

I am still able to connect via Wi-Fi. Just that the screen is always turned on (even I have previously set it to auto turnoff after 1 min). I am currently on firmware version V-0.08.013.

Appreciate advice since I have not tried the factory reset.

Broken LCD, seems it has been dropped or something hard collided with it.
