Do you guys know if is there a way to use the YI Smart Dash as a webcam?
When connect the cam to a Windows 10 PC, I see "YICARCAM" in the devices, but it is not being recognised as a cam. I guess Windows needs to find the driver for this first? If there is..
I downloaded the "YI Smart Dash Camera" app to check if there is any firmware update (my device is the Global version and currently V-0.08.013) which maybe allows this, but according to the app it has already the latest version.
Due to home office, I hardly use my car and I since needed a separate cam, I wanted to make use of this device. I am not very hopeful but thanks anyway!
