Z25L with 1.3 firmware malfunction

Hello, I purchased this xiaomi yi and had issues with the videos warping and pixalating and sometimes even crashing the video player. So I returned and exchanged for a new one and the replacement I received does the same thing. Plus this camera when recording doest respond when I hit the shutter button to stop recording, it stays stuck recording, I hold down the power button to just shut it off, that doesn't work either. I have to pull out the battery to get it to stop recording. Tried factory resets and everything. I'm very disappointed with this camera.
