[Z26L] MTP ; 1/4" J-hook buckle?

Hello,

(The forum seems to have no FAQ and, for some reason, searching for "MTP" returned a bunch of posts where the word isn't even there.)

I bought a Yi Xiaomi (YDXJ01XY) and upgraded it to the latest firmware 1.5.12. I have a couple of questions:

1. One thing I find missing, is being able to upload videos to Windows simply through USB: Currently, I remove the microSD card and plug it into a USB connector. Is there a way to enable MTP/PTP on that action cam?

2. When I use the waterproof case, the sound is obviously heavily muted: For when it's not raining, is there a J-hook that I could simply screw into the 1/4" threated hole at the bottom, and get great sound?

Looks — surprisingly — like MTP just isn't supported at this time.

As for a J-hook adapter to hold a Yi directly, ie. without the waterproof case, I ordered one of these:
