Yes same Panorama S (black)metal support ring is ready to go for the optional Magnetic CPL

the matte pano doesnt even say that its a pano, it looks kinda of a generic version of it

That's because they went back to using the original Panorama II housing seen here:

I agree, hopefully they can make the change in future production runs. Over all it's still good and looks much smaller and less noticeable in person when not under the zoom of a camera shot closeup.
