Great videos.
The only thing I remember from Slovakia is that the girls from Bratislava are very nice and funny. This was in 90s.
And a scene I never forget:
in some tram station in the center of the city a nice dressed man for some party with a bag in his hand is waiting the tram. At some moment the bag falling down from his hand and when he pull it up, some liquid draining from the bag. He was shocked for some moments looking how the whiskey is wasting on the sidewalk. After few words with the party man, some other men from the station going with the hands under the bag and start drinking the whiskey from their hands. At some moment one of them take the bag in his hand and the owner of the bag start drinking with the others using his hands also. After few minutes, the bag was empty. In that moment a old woman opened her purse and giving to the party man a new bag. He put other things in the new bag. In few moments the tram arrived.
The whole scene wasn't about drunk people, was about happiness and even you can imagine in some bad way, was an elegant scene, with nice people.

Off topic, as for slovakian people: I once had a slovakian girl friend, and can confirm Mtks opinion. Having been several times in Bratislava, I have met very nice people there with a really good mentality, like Mtk describes: getting the best out of the moment. Teached me something for life.
