Innosinpo A10

Innosinpo A10

The Innosinpo A10 is a single channel dash camera manufactured in China released in May 2019. This camera is similar to many other generic Chinese dash cams with a rectangular form factor and suction cup mount. The Innosinpo brand appears to be trademarked by the Shenzhenshi Jinran Technology company in China.

Unfortunately the manufacturer does not provide the processor and CMOS sensor specs of the Innosinpo A10. However, given the very low price point, we suspect the camera is using entry level electronics.

Video Quality

The Innosinpo A10 records 1080p video at 30fps with an average bitrate of 8 Mbps. Video quality during the day is below average and night quality is very poor.

Features

As this is a cheap, no frills camera there are limited features. The camera comes with a 3″ screen, g-sensor and non-buffered parking mode. The A10 does not come with GPS, WiFi or any other extra features.

The Innosinpo A10 comes with a suction mount that allows the camera to swivel 360°. You can record any police traffic stops at your side windows (i.e. police traffic stop). The A10 is a small camera with dimensions of 89 x 51 x 36mm.

The build quality is below average and the camera appears to be cheaply made. Many owners complain of build quality issues. Another negative is that the camera does not come with audio error notifications, only screen error notifications.

Support

From a support perspective, Innosinpo does have a website and there have never been any firmware updates for this camera. Beyond the 30 day return policy from Amazon you will be on your own. Apparently Innosinpo provides a free microSD card in exchange for a 5-star review for this camera. This unethical practice is likely influencing the Amazon reviews.

Known Problems

Build Quality

Numerous owners complain of build quality issues such as the screen cover falling off or wires breaking.

Should I Purchase?

The Innosinpo A10 does everything poorly as a dash cam. The video quality is poor, build quality is low and support is non-existent. These negatives outweigh the low price of this camera.

We suspect the free SD card in exchange for positive reviews has influenced the Amazon rating for this camera. The only positives for this camera are the low $30 price tag and the ability to easily return to Amazon within 30 days if you are not satisfied.

Overall, we suggest spending a bit more for a better dash cam.
