Anyone help with playback on G1w

Hi im new to this forum.
I have just got a G1w cam and was wondering what program on my computer should i play the footage i have recorded back on .. i notice on some media players footage is very jerky. Anyone else noticed or had similar problems.. Advice would be most helpful.If anyone could tell me what settings they have theres set on for best results that would be great

VLC or Media Player Classic are often better for lower spec hardware

+1 for VLC, the other good thing about VLC is you can go frame by frame, zoom in, take screenshots and other nice features.
