Avidemux problems

Hi everybody

I'm using Avidemux to trim Mobius MOV files, but I realise it's duplicating/dropping some of the frames. It's totally random, sometimes after 10 seconds, sometimes after 20 seconds, then it repeats every 5-10-20 frames. Avidemux version is 2.6.6 (r8941) on Windows 7 with plenty of RAM, no matter if it's 32 or 64 bits version.
Do you have any idea why is this happening? Can I change some settings to avoid it?

if you just want to cut a section of file out Registrator Viewer has the function built in, might be worth a look

Thanks, Registrator Viewer does the job correctly. Files trimmed with Avidemux appear with a yellow triangle in the list and can't be played in Registrator.
Still, if anybody has any idea why Avidemux is acting like this (using Copy option) please reply. Also it doesn't complete any media tag in the trimmed file:
