Bricked Unit

Hi, I think that my out-of-the-box dashcam is bricked. Bought it 2 years ago but tried to use it yesterday. I am getting weird things on screen like static green/yellow/violet color, then it shuts down after few seconds. Sometimes there is a constant beep sound with this screen. Got to 70mai logo twice but it was also distorted. Even got a screen from the camera but only for like 0.5s, then it went into freeze/static screen. Tried flashing another firmware, but there is no blue light, camera is not responding while using SD Card with .bin file into root folder. There is also no red light if I connect it to the power source if there is something on SD card. I am using SanDisk Extreme 64gb.

Honestly I don't think it's the card but rather it's the dash cam itself is borked. Sounds like you've done everything you can to revive it yourself but to no avail.

Not sure how much luck you'll have with whoever you bought it from but you can always try.

Failing that unfortunately you'll just have to take the hit.

I got it to blue light blinking, then disappearing and red light appeared. It may to look fine, but red LED is on for like 40 minutes now, I'll leave it overnight.

It started, language choose menu pop ups, but it shut downs after few seconds, buttons are working.
