Cheap 720p H.264 DVR?

According to item description on Aliexpress page, it is possible, but what about price? I think it is too cheap for that quality. What do you think?

I don't think so. It appears to be a clone of a DVR 027 and at that price you don't get real 720p.
The video appears to be real DVR 027 quality though.
Maybe the Russians know something that we don't?
