Help needed with connectivity

Hi, recently had a DR970X-2CH LTE Plus installed in my car.
Initially I was able to use live view. Then the live view icon "grayed out".
Blackview Customer Service via e mail isn't working well for me.
I'm also confused about the whole connectivity puzzle.
Isn't the purpose of the sim card to connect to the camera to the cloud and access it remotely?
Why are there Wi-Fi and bluetooth options?
