The trafficjam that you see is caused by roadworks. Trucks in the Netherlands arent allowed to takeover between 6:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 usually on highways with 2 lanes. But the problem was how he take over, he just going to the left instead waiting for my signal or wait untile I passed.

Hahaha, indeed.

There is a big difference between Netherlands and USA, especially when it comes to infrastructure. Netherlands has one of the busiest roads in Europe, this is a two-lane road, but we also have some five-lane roads complete stop. But this is a normal Trafficjam nothing special, can even busier :)
