Marcus or anyone else, Do you have the nokia battery number or link to it that fits the GS8000.

I had the same date/time problem when having the GPS on, Turn off and unplug the GPS and the date/time stays good. But since weather turned hot I am having the overheating problem now like others have had.

Try holding down the reset button on top with a toothpick or paperclip for 5 seconds.

My GS8000 will not show me anything when plugged into computer using the usb cable, Both folders show empty. But if i remove the sd card and plug it into my computer directly i can see the videos.

I still can only zoom in photo mode, not video. Even tried recording first then zoom, no go. I only put the GPS connector on once to check it out and it took about 7 minutes to find the sats but seem to work ok, I am waiting for the weather to get warmer so i can mount it with the GPS sticky...

Does anyone else that has the GS8000 able to zoom in the video mode and if yes what is the button to do it, I can only use zoom in the photo mode.

I bought my GS8000 from Geekbuying for $110.00 and received both mounts Testing with the suction cup mount now and when it warms up will use a 3m mount and hid the cig cable. Took about 3 weeks to arrive.

Anyone ordering from the USA, Did you have to pay duties when their dvr was delivered? Also what is the lates firmware on the GS2000?
