My DR500GW-HD came with a 32GB Samsung HC Class 10 microSD card. Since using it over the last two months, it has never failed me. I move the video onto my laptop every day I use the dash cam. It has not been formatted since the initial install into the BlackVue. No problems with the card at all.

Tried that and no response from the site at all, even tried just blackvue.com. Will wait and try it later to see if it loads the site.

I was running the Blackvue software on my W7 today and now it won't show the map because it is asking for a new map api key. Anyone run into this yet and found the work around?

Got it all figured out. Initialize the card and you get the software. Interesting process I must say. I did my first run today with the camera. Stuck it to the windshield and kind of wish I put it elsewhere. That is really stuck on there now. Only problem I have is the 3" strip of blue tinting...
