- BlackVue DR900x-Plus in 2022 Palisade replaced the 650
No.. I don't think so. Blackvues cameras require full 12 volts to operate. A USB only supplies (I think)~5 volts

They also require at least 1 amp as I tried to power one with a 700mA power supply and it wouldnt work
