"Dead" camera - no lights...

My 9 months old camera just "died".

It has power, tested in another car.

Nothing happens when I plug it in.

Is there anything I can do to check it before I call the seller and ask for a new?

If no lights how do you know it has power? Do you hear any of the audible notifications? I would suggest trying a different SD card but even with no card you usually still have lights and audible sounds. You should test your power supply to be 100% certain that it is receiving power (best way would be to plug another Blackvue in to your car and see if it powers up), if that's not possible then I would test power supply with a digital multimeter.
