RedScreen after boot dashcam

Hello,

I wanted to put my DashCam in English but after the restart I have this error message. I do not know what to do. I try to reset with the file FWCARC10.bin but it does not work. After charging, the red screen returns.

you used the wrong firmware file, the error is telling you the file doesn't match
