I'm pretty sure the cop had a smartphone on the steering wheel, and was texting away as he drove by.
His partner is busy with a hardcover book.

This is one of those things you can see with your eyes, but doesn't show up well on dashcam. (Via a dirty windshield) 🙂

Yeah i have seen a lot of things in traffic where i just couldn't wait to get home and share it, only to find what i got on tape is pretty much useless.
This was also one of the things that prompted me to install a camera with a little more "zoom" on the lens to get a good read of things a little further out.
