Firmware update not working T5e

Hi. I was trying to update the firmware of my ThiEye T5e camera, and when i try to connect with directusb it says "Found 0 AMBA device!" Can someone help me?

camera is not in dev mode, you may need to press some button when connecting or use an OTG cable etc for the camera to be in the correct mode for the software to see it

Hold UP button then press Power On.
