Hey, Balaji. You can completely control exposure in photo and in video modes using .ash scripts. How to use it (and also turn on debug mode, where you can see all details about exposure) described here. Also, you can dig into XYC script to get all commands and understands how these commands works.

Francesco, check out this thread. User Armdromeda trying to sync multiple cameras using fire shutter at the beginning of next second on internal clock. It does not doing what you need, but may be it will give you some clues how to work with time in scripts.

Hey Beek, I've been in this situation once during development, but only with LED modes (changing the LED modes freeze the cam), and in my case reset all settings and clear boot without any scripts helped. Hope it helps you too.
