Parking mode wiring without UPC

I just ordered an ITB-100HD and was wondering.. In my car, the accessory output (cig lighter) is OFF when starting. So this means that when I turn the key to start the car, it will go ON, OFF while starting and then back ON. Could this be a problem? I don't plan on using parking mode. Even if...
