blue light

Hi, yesterday i came back to car, i left it there for 3 hrs and on my way back i found that cam is not recording and the LED is BLUE. I tried to unplug it but it was still blue led and nothing happend. I tried to reconnect power, restart with turn on/off button and restart button, change SD...
