software glitch

I have had this camera for nearly a month now. Two problems I have had: 1) When plugging in the camera to the car's hardwired cable I would get a prompt for Mass-Storage mode. This I resolved by ordering a garmin power cable that basically only has the power pins for the unit. There goes...
