128GB memory card

Hi,

Has anyone tried a 128GB memory card in their G1W or G1WH?
Just looking to get more recording time out of mine and these are pretty cheap memory cards now.
If not, what about a 64GB card?

Sorry if this sounds silly but why do some cards work and some not work?

64gb can work if you format FAT32, 128GB cards I'm not so sure

controller is different, no support in the SDK

Real 128GB microSD cards are still around £70, the fake ones are pretty cheap but will not work in a dashcam!

unlikely to happen, new chipset versions are here with large card support already
