Hello, just recently bought one of these and have just a few questions

Is there a way around putting the software onto pc as my mac doesnt have a disc drive?

Also i’ve watched recordings via the app and the video stutters, i’ve seen people mentioning because of the quality you need to have it on a decent spec pc, but the video is only recording in 1080p full hd which it states is 30fps? Surely this should be playable via the app otherwise whats the point in the app?

The latest range have an option for .HI and .LO files. It's the .LO that are App friendly as the .HI are often too much, as you've found.

Download VLC player, if there is a Mac version. That handles the .HI files.

You shouldn't need a disc drive, just a USB slot.

Not sure that the 312 has Hi and Lo files K.

Fair enough. WiFi doesn't sound like a good idea with full blown files to me.

Yes there aren't any Low resolution files on the 312GW so there can be juddering/stuttering as the file transmits over Wi-Fi. Should be fine when downloaded onto the device though.
