3rd Party Memory Card

Just purchased a Sandisk High endurance 128gb card, I have used the Blackvue viewer to reformat the card to FAT32,
my question is do I just put the empty card in the camera or do I copy the files from my original card onto my new one first,
don't want to brick my Blackvue.

You can just put the empty card into the dash cam. You may be asked to format the card after, which you can do in the desktop viewer. No issues.
