412GW & Mirrorcam automatic protected file deletion.

Hi There,

I have the above cameras and I just wondered if they automatically delete protected files once the sd card reaches 40% full. like the 512gw does. Anybody know?

Found a partial answer myself. This from the FAQ on the Nextbase website.

The 412GW has intelligent parking mode, this means that it will not allow the card to become full of protected files, it allocates a proportion of the SD card and then when this portion is full it will delete the oldest protected file and replace it with a new one. The files will remain on the card long enough for you to transfer them onto your phone, computer or change the SD card as soon as possible. This ensures that you will always have the latest and most important files on the SD card.

No mention of this in the Mirror Cam FAQ or manual, but given the above it seems likely that that does the same.
