5V access?

I am looking to install a dash camera on my new 2022 MDX Type S. There is power available near the review mirror that many folks have used to install radar detectors etc. I would prefer to install the power here instead of running power to the fuse box or another power outlet. The VanTrue I am looking at only runs at 5V. Which brings up a few questions- is there a way to install the VanTrue to the 12V connector at the mirror? Or is there a Dash Camera that can run at 12V?
