So if you enable HDR = ON for both front and rear cams, will resolution auto to 30FPS? Pretty sure I used 60FPS in the past but this is no longer available as an option. Maybe HDR is set to ON?

If HDR is on when you attempt to change the resolution setting to a resolution with 60 FPS, the 60 FPS option will not be listed since it cannot operate at 60 FPS with HDR on. Set HDR off and let it start recording, then go into the settings again and change the resolution setting to the 60 FPS resolution setting. If you use the "Auto HDR" feature and the and the resolution setting is one with 60 FPS, it will auto adjust the resolution to same resolution but at 30 FPS when the HDR is enabled. It will go back to 60 FPS when the "Auto HDR" timer turns off the HDR setting.

Thanks for the info. Now to check with others... is it consensus that 30fps is the better choice overall? This might start a long debate. Any thoughts?

30fps is sufficient for accident recording, in some situations it will probably be better, especially in high daytime temperatures, maybe also for high speeds under trees, where bitrate will limit image quality, and 60fps requires more bitrate for the same image quality.

If you want to record your summer holiday travels, then 60fps is better, produces a smoother video.
