70ma smart dash cam 1S, after firmware update doesn't work

i have a 70mai samart Dash Cam 1S D06, but yesterday I installed a firmware update and after this the led is green all the time, and doesn't make any sound and respond to any command (pushing and voice) and can't connect to the wifii

please help me i have just used 3 days.

the last firmware installed is 1.0.11

This is the only video where I could see that there is a Service Button on this camera. And he is attaching on google drive the service firmware and instructions.

I have the same issue starting 2 weeks ago and it did no fix it for me. My device is not booting up and the firmware is not reloading.

You can give a try if you feel lucky.
