Hi,
So, I have an a400 and the app and firmware is up to date. The problem is when I download a video, it says video downloaded but when I click on the view now; there is nothing in the local album of the app. I also check in my phone album and nothing. I use an iphone 7. I tried downloading multiple times and it says successful but there's nothing- neither on the app nor on my phone.
Any help?
