Hello,
I casually checking my dash cam footage to make sure everything was working well, and about half of the files in the "MOVIE" folder are corrupt. Tried opening with VLC and Windows Media Player but neither can do it. I originally had a SanDisk 32GB microSD but swapped it out for the highest rated Samsung 32GB on Amazon but that didn't change anything. I'm recording at 1080P, sound on, etc. I've noticed that all of the videos in the "RO" folder (which as I understand is where G-sensor triggered events are stored) work just fine. Any advice for what to try next? Is there a firmware update that will work with my model (just a generic one from Amazon) or is this hardware related? I got this for a gift and really need it to work 100% of the time so I'd be willing to replace it if need be.
Thanks,
David
