A119 wdr not working

Hi. I installed first firmware 1 (20160305) . after I installed 4.01 firmware. now not working wdr on off. I've tried default setting and reset. other firmware's same.

Here is an instruction indicating the updating steps for the users who run version 1.1 or earlier. Did you follow it to update your current firmware?

Please share a picture of the current firmware version. The latest firmware for A119 should be V4.0. But you said yours is 4.01. I'd like to confirm it.

It would help if you took a photo of the actual dashcam while in the menu on the firmware screen.
