I have my A12 set to 5 minute loops, and the icon is shown in top left corner of screen. Recently I checked the files on the SD card, and found that they were not being overwritten and in fact they were all locked!!! Deleted all the files, and re-formatted SD card, but now the blue led on the wire controller is permanently on and cannot be changed despite any button selection. Tried another SD card and still nothing! Have been told to try a factory reset but how do I do that? Help!
