A129 Plus duo video play back not working

Why the recorded video clips don’t play? I am trying on the viofo app on my iPhone 11 Pro. Says error or something pls see the pics below

Not sure- can you try another player platform? Apps on phones can be buggy so if possible play it on a computer directly from the card. Careful with ejecting and inserting sd cards, the little buggers can fly and hide like nothing else in the world, especially in a car
