A139 Pro Audio Question

Question: Is Low Audio Normal on the A139? I never bothered checking many videos but I seem to experience same issue as in this video:

Where Audio Appears Soft. I'll upload a clip as well from my camera. Seems this isn't just my Camera?

Not that I'm following you around or anything, but no, it's not just your example and the video you found online. My son and I each have an A139 Pro (purchased 11/2023) and the other day he commented that the audio was very quiet and a bit distorted (but he also likes high volume heavy metal music). I checked some of my videos today and noticed that they all feature very quiet audio as well (no distortion). Turning the computer volume up to 100%, the audio was still very quiet.

@VIOFO-Support Have any other A139 Pro users reported reduced audio volume?
