A139 pro question

i think my 139 pro is playing up, over the last couple of days i have noticed it will not always announce 2 ch recording started or parking recording started.
i am at the moment trying a new high endurance sd card.
if i bring the cam in doors and hook it up to power via the ciggy skt it seems to work fine as should. the camera is hard wired to the car and an external battery pack (cellink)
anyone any thoughts on what to try next?
i have also reformatted the card but i have not done a reset of the camera.

How does camera perform when you start your car? Is there a startup chime after your car is turned on?
1. Try to use the original car charger to supply power to test.
2. You may share the photo of the SD card you use for confirmation.

1.) Can you re-install, and check if camera functions properly in 1CH configuration, (do not connect remote camera).
With Hardwire cable like it was, and with original Viofo CLA Charger.

2.) Can you tell us if you have REAR camera, or INTERIOR camera?

3.) Can you post photos of all SD cards you are using?

4.) If camera functions properly in 1CH configuration, can you connect remote camera to “OTHER” output.
Example: If you have the REAR camera, and it was connected to REAR output, try connecting it to INTERIOR output to see if it works properly.
Maybe output is bad?
Maybe remote camera is bad?
Maybe remote camera cable is bad?

5.) What Hardwire Cable do you have?
HK4? Maybe that’s bad.

6.) Even out of warranty you may want to SUBMIT A TICKET for help.
 
Oddly enough today its been ok, maybe it was just an old tired sd card
 
maybe i was wrong, after checking some recordings this morning i have green and pink artifacts over alot of the recorded images 🙁 done a reset but made no difference
