A139Pro AED parking mode issue, infra red and parking mode file locking issue

hi, i also purchased an A139pro, i have the similar issue in AED parking mode as many others, it just switched into a mode with 2k continuous recording mode if i choose the AED parking mode.

while in parking mode, i tried to shock the car, the camera will announce “video locked”, however, the video is not locked.

i also found that the infra red light will never work, in addition, it announce “infra red disabled” when i short press that infra red switch, but the infra red light was never worked, how come it will announce “disabled”, furthermore, when short press the infra red switch again, it announce “infra red diabled” again. BUT the manual said it should be enabled when short press this switch again.

i concluded that this expensive camera is full of buds.

I repeatly tested the video lock function, it seems it is working now after i set the sensitivity to high,
but the infra red and AED mode are both still can NOT work.

I think infrared mode is only suitable for the internal camera.

You have not provided any details about the details of the setup or the use of the camera (just complaints).. therefore you cannot respond constructively
