A229 Pro has been MUCH more stable!

Has anybody noticed their A229 Pro has not been experiencing as many annoying reboots and random lockups for the past several months?
Mine has been in service since August 2023 and for at least the first year it had numerous glitches. I have not changed the SD card, but just kept updating F/W when it became available.
I can't put my finger on a date but I was just thinking WOW it's been MONTHS since the camera glitched.
I think a new F/W version is now available, I'm almost afraid to load it since it's running so well but Viofo really seems to be making improvements.

The same applies to my A229 Plus, although it was generally more stable than the A229 Pro. It has also had fewer random reboots and glitches.

I hope I didn't just jinx my cameras 😳

Unfortunately cannot say the same my cameras, even thought I am doing the same as you are - updating FW as soon as it comes out, formatting the SD card, even did full reset...

Hmmm that is odd. It's been like night and day for me. I'm not so brave that I want to demote back to older F/W to confirm they were less stable.
The other major variable is quality of the SD card.

What sort of instability do you experience and how frequently does it occur?
