I bought a A229Pro 2ch dashcam from Taoboo China. At recent, I found my A229Pro date return to 2022/01/01 randomly.
Then I begin to check what makes it happen. First time, I think may firmware's bugs till I upgrade to Build20231207 .
And some user helps test their own A229Pro dashcam. They have same problems.
Finally , We found the bad assemble causes the RTC battery shortcut. When the Powert off ,it has no battery to keep the date and time data.
I fixed the problem by myself.
I cut EMI tape and the use 3M polyimide to cover the RTC battery.
and my A229Pro can keep the Date now.
