Advice needed. Dual camera dashcam without LCD and good mount.

I'm looking to equip my fleet with dashcams. I'm hoping to find something that records the road and the cabin. I'd prefer something where the cameras can be fixed in place so the drivers can't adjust them, has a good adhesive mount (not suction cups) and no LCD.

Is there anything that fits this bill?

from experience this is the bit that will give you the most grief

Maybe remote lens dashcam solution where DVR unit is hidden and locked in some compartment (glovebox)? But you need two of them because there no 2 in 1 (front+inside) remote lens DVR out there yet.
